SHCS Academy Inc. was founded by Serenity Home Care Agency. The mission of the organization is to improve the quality of life and the community wellness of individuals needing assistance, while working to help with the increased demand for healthcare needs.

 

In order to meet the needs of these individuals we will do the following:

 

• Utilize targeted case management and mobile clinic resources.

• Train professional certified nursing assistants.

• Offer family and friends Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation classes.

• Offer more services that will help meet the healthcare needs of the community.

Rural communities lack healthcare resources, SHCS will assist with preventing exposure to various diseases, limiting hospital visits for minor procedures and preventing the cancellation of physician orders due to the transportation shortage. In the end, SHCS Academy has accomplished the mission of filling a void for a healthier community.
